Terms of Service

Tuned is operated by Azovexmutiservice Corp. The service is offered in South Florida and is governed by the laws of Florida, United States.

You can reach us about anything in this document at tuned.soflo@gmail.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to create or hold an account. When you sign up you confirm that you meet that age. If we learn an account holder is under 16, we remove the account.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has access.

One person, one account. Do not impersonate another person, club, or business.

You keep ownership of the photos, events, and messages you post.

You grant Azovexmutiservice Corp. a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content inside Tuned so the product can work. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other members already received.

You confirm you have the right to post what you upload, including photos of vehicles and people.

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, write to tuned.soflo@gmail.com with the work, the location in the app, and your contact details.

Tuned is a listing and discovery tool. We do not organise, host, inspect, supervise, staff, insure, permit, or endorse any event listed here, and we do not verify the accuracy of any listing, address, time, or host.

Hosts are solely responsible for their own events, including permits, landowner permission, crowd control, insurance, and safety arrangements.

Attending or hosting a meet is entirely your own decision and at your own risk. You assume the risks that come with vehicles, parking lots, crowds, and travel, and you are responsible for your own conduct and for anyone you bring.

Never use the app while driving. Obey all traffic, noise, trespass, and parking laws.

Street racing, speed contests, takeovers, sideshows, burnouts, donuts, drifting on public roads, blocking traffic or intersections, riding outside a vehicle, and any other reckless or illegal driving are strictly prohibited — and so is using Tuned to plan, organise, promote, recruit for, livestream, or celebrate them.

Do not post content that depicts or encourages that conduct, and do not use the service to evade law enforcement.

Breaking this section is grounds for immediate, permanent removal, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

We may suspend, hide, or remove accounts and content that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice where the situation is urgent.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Account.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — to the fullest extent Florida law allows. That includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that events will take place, that any host or member is who they claim to be, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Map data, directions, and travel times come from third-party providers and can be wrong or out of date. Use your own judgement on the road.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azovexmutiservice Corp. and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, vehicles, or property, arising out of or connected to your use of Tuned.

We are not liable for injury, death, property damage, arrest, citation, theft, or any other loss arising from a meet, from any member's conduct, or from your travel to or from an event.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Azovexmutiservice Corp. harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from an event you host, content you post, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
